“Orquesta SON 9: Canta Gilberto Velez Jr” is the official name of this ten-piece orchestra, nine musicians plus one. The band is new, but the roster of this band is very familiar. Gilberto Velez has teamed up with local musicians to form a new and exciting concept. Their repertoire is refreshingly new and classic! Come to experience an amazing night of live music with this new and familiar group!
Gilberto Velez Jr was featured last year at the New York International Salsa Congress as the lead singer on Saturday night! So this band is new but not amateur.
360 Lounge is now promoting Salsa Thursdays, lets show our support. Come one and all and enjoy an evening of great music, Salsa back in New Brunswick is great.

This is Gilberto Velez just reaching out to everyone. Orquesta SON 9 will be performing at various engagements for the end of the year. THANK YOU to all our fans and future fans, As we look for new venues to appear and perform, we thanks you for your support and we hope that every performance we do will give you all the dancing and listening pleasure you need to make your night.
I want to thank God for all we do and ask that he continue to bless our group with much success in these trying times in our economy. I want to thank some very personal friends dear to me for their support and friendship when we decided to make this group.
I want to thank Dany J for believing in our product and bringing SALSA back to New Brunswick.
I want to thank John Longo; for his support; believing in us and opening the doors at Crystal’s Lounge for us.
